Companies hire sales people and marketing people to find their company work. These pretty boy slick talkers may bring a few things here and there in a year. These sales/marketing people have one single problem, they have to go back and forth between client and employer, so they are dealing from a position of weakness and employers give concessions in order to get the contract and start crunching numbers to achieve this goal. These slick talkers dont know what its like to turn a wrench so they cant evaluate a job. I on the other hand am given full AUTONOMY on contract meetings. I never make concessions nor negotiate rates with clients, I set the pace and set the grounds or they can leave. I dont have to check with my superiors (lol I have no superior or equal) on contract negotiations because I dont negotiate. Whats the secret lol well for one these companies not only know me by name but know my work,; second is I have worked with every electrical company and know their policies and procedures lol and the craftsmanship of their electricians and their foremans, superintendents and PMs.You find out what your competitors weaknesses and strengths and as for the clients, you use an opponents greater force against itself. Who else can walk away with six contracts in one day for major projects, totaling 20 years worth of work for my employer and a clause for future projects in 3 states and 4 countries..ME! The undefeated. God is with me, so who can stand against me?
