Company 46 members participated in a Mock Disaster drill sponsored by the Hardy County Office of Emergency Mangament yesterday. This years scenario involved a collision between a school bus and a tank truck. A very real possibility in our area. The purpose of these drills are to help responders refresh their training and skills on vital areas such as traffic and scene management, patient care, vehicle extrication and entanglement as well as hazardous materials responses. As well as enforce good working relationships with each other. Agencies including MVFC, Fraley Ambulance, local Law Enforcement, WV DOT/PSC, Hardy County BOE to name a few participated in the group exercise. Pictures to follow when available
