project management Position Summary: The HC PRACTITIONER (LEARNERSHIP & SKILLS PROGRAMMES) is accountable for implementing and coordinating the Learnerships & Skills Programmes for the Process Division At least 1 – 3 years experience in a Human Capital related role within the mining/heavy industry environment SHEQ Management Financial Management Stakeholder Management HC Systems HC feedback Ensure that safety standards are adhered to during training (Housekeeping, etc.) Provide discipline specific advice with regards to technical training and mandatory requirements Audit training providers and training interventions (SLA’s, etc.) Verify that candidates meet course minimum requirements (Qualifications, experience, criteria, etc.) Monitor and track attendance of scheduled interventions Define standards for assessment and moderation Conduct moderation of outcomes-based assessments Verify moderation of assessments Compile Assessment and Moderation Reports Authorise learner certification Verify correctness of candidate portfolio of evidence and training documentation Liaise with MQA with regards to registration and learning agreements Maintain and update MQA system information (I-Share) Administer Learnerships Discretionary grant applications Administer Learnerships Tax claims Maintain and update learner portfolio’s Monitor leaner well-being and progress and provide support where necessary Participate in MQA Standards Generating Groups Participate in Quality Councils for trade and Occupations (QCTO’s) Maintain and update employee
