High school graduate or has diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Technology. • Minimum of 5-8 years experience for foreman and engineer positions with minimum age of 27 to 50. Has degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering course. • For Superintendent position, must be Mining Engineering graduate or any related course with 12-15 years experience.
