♦♦♦ Company Secretary cum Manager (Finance) ♦♦♦ Desired Profile : The Handicrafts & Handloom Exports Corporation of India Ltd , a Govt of India Undertaking is looking for a Company Secretary cum Manager (Finance) Qualification:- Member of ICSI. Candidates having membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India will be an added advantage. Experience : At least 7 years of post qualification experience, out of which at least 4 years experience as Company Secretary in a reputed organization. Experience of working in computerized environment is essential. Desirable: Experience in Administration of Company Law/ Taxation/ Internal Audit. Internal candidates can also apply provided they fulfill other eligibility criteria and have served the Corporation, one level below for at least 3 years. Scale of Pay – 24900-50500 Gross Rs 57,154/- Age upto 45 years, relaxable in case of reserved categories as per rules. Total No of Posts-1( Reserved for SC) ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS: In addition to Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Perks and Allowances such as Conveyance Allowance, Reimbursement of cost of medicine for Domiciliary treatment, Leave Travel Allowance, etc., will be paid and benefits such as EPF, Gratuity, Superannuation contribution, Medical Assistance, Group Insurance, Post-retirement medical scheme, Casual Leave, Half Pay Leave and Earned Leave etc. are also admissible as per rules of the Corporation. RESERVATION / RELAXATION & CONCESSIONS: Reservation/Concessions for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories would be made as per Government Directives. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates, by 3 year for OBC Candidates and by 5 years in case of exceptionally experienced and technically qualified persons.
