Company Update: The websites are down for updating information. Because of the Sandia law suit we have been ordered to remove any and all references to the PDQ software which Roger had acquired from Sandia. Once the updates to the websites and information have been completed to our liking they will be re-launched. This has also caused a delay in the actual filing of the Form 10 which was just about to be filed back in early September when we received the court notice. We had to stop the presses on that to and are in the process of deleting all information pertaining to the PDQ software and, because we ended another quarter on September, the Form 10 is being updated to include the current financials. We have been very busy looking for acquisition candidates the past few months which will strengthen our balance sheet and give us a solid revenue stream. We have identified three very strong candidates and are in the process of preparing our Letters of Intent. Official news will be forthcoming.
