Company in Basingstoke is looking for someone with Danish and Swedish language skills for a sales and service executive position within the customer services department. In this position you will report to the team leader and will hold ultimate responsibility for the following duties/tasks; • To answer inbound calls from both internal and external customers and deal with all types of enquiries promptly and to recognize and convert sales opportunities. • To make outbound calls to a specific account base to develop and convert sales opportunities. • Responsible for entering phone orders onto the ERP system in an accurate and timely manner. • Investigate inventory availability and advise customers accordingly • Problem solve delivery, pricing and order queries • To be proactive and inform customers in advance of stock issues The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Sales skills, questioning techniques, objection handling and Closing • Excellent interpersonal skills • Technical expertise • Composure • Negotiating • Conflict Management • Proficient in using Word, Excel and other applications as required • Use of Oracle would be advantageous but is not essential Anyone interested should contact Sally.Fletcher@office-angels
