Compare Validator (ASP.net Validation Control) (Walk through web designing and development using ASP.Net) The Compare Validator control is used to compare the value of one input control with the value in another input control . This can also be used to compare with some fixed value. Suppose you take two input controls (Text Boxes) and use the compare validator to validate if the values are equal in those two text boxes. Now if you insert two equal values say “MyName” in one control and “MyName” in another control, compare validator will pass the validation and if two values are not equal then it will give you Failed validation.
