Compare these two: 1. Your contention that [x,y,z] is absurd. In fact, Id go so far as to call it silly. There is nothing anywhere in the text to support that kind of completely baseless, heretical claim. 2. Your idea that [x,y,z] is interesting. I dont (yet) see the scriptural support for it, because it seems to me that the text is teaching [a,b,c]. Can you point me to the context that you think supports your view? Its certainly better to attack ideas than to attack people, but dialogue is more fruitful when its more gracious, and I think its tough (impossible?) to be too gracious. Col. 4:6
