Compartimos... ---- Since 2008, the CIMET Consortium , composed of four European Universities (Universite Jean Monnet - France, Gjovik University College - Norway, University of Eastern Finland - Finland, and University of Granada - Spain), three Asian associated Universities and Chromasens GmbH, all renowned within the color research community, offers a two-year Master Course Color in Informatics and Media Technology (CIMET). Reasons to join CIMET - Study in a highly specialized scientific programme with the best laboratories in Europe, in a fast-moving scientific environment. You will have the opportunity to become a color scientist, within the interdisciplinary context of Computer Vision and Imaging Science, Photonics, and Computer Science and Media Technology, and benefit from strong relationships with the IT industry to boost your career prospects. CIMET also offers now ImOptics, which is a new mobility programme offered by University of Granada in Spain and University Jean Monnet in France and labelled by the Mediterranean Office for Youth. This new bilateral curriculum path of the Master Erasmus Mundus CIMET focuses on the complementary of Image and Optics. Admission - The CIMET curriculum is intended for top level graduates in physics, optics, imaging science, computer science, mathematics, or any discipline pertaining to the quantitative description of color, with a fluent knowledge in spoken and written English. Courses are structured according to the ECTS with 120 credits acquired over four semesters of full-time study. Degrees awarded - Successful CIMET students will be awarded Masters Degrees issues by the Universities they have been visiting during the two-year programme (minimum a Double Degree, since they are ought to study in at least two universities of the Consortium, or a multiple Degree) Scholarships - Several categories of scholarships may be available.
