Compass Bank REALLY shouldnt call me to take a customer survey...they want the truth, they got the truth...they suck and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone...I have been with them for way too long and now that I have slowly rebuilt my credit they tell me a few months ago that I do not qualify for a credit card or a secured credit card...two weeks later I am permitted a credit card from Citibank...hmmmm so I will be changing banks soon and realizing the lesson here that loyalty to my neighbors does not always work out for the best...so to all of you I ask which financial institution should I choose??? your input will be appreciated
