Compass Family, I hope you all to know how much you mean to us, not just as gym members or athletes, but as people and friends. Today Randi and I are in route to Alaska for a cruise with our family, it’s the first time we’ve left the box for anything more than a 3 day weekend in over a year. It’s only possible because of amazing instructors like Alex Contreras, Jason Riebe and Mike Matsik, who are skilled and kind enough to keep the wheels in motion while we are gone. Not to mention the AWESOME athletes of #CompassCrossFit! It’s very hard for Randi and I to leave the box, especially on a FriDay FunDay, not for any other reason than because we genuinely love being there with our CrossFit Family.
