Competition is healthy if its done with integrity and with fairness. But if it means that you have to use your influence, the scaring and shouting tactics, and especially if those involves are innocent children, I really dont think youre thinking straight. Before this goes out of hand, pause for awhile and think... Is it really worth my time and effort? Is honor, glory and awards mean more than my integrity and name? If the answer is yes then continue doing it for eventually you will reap the prize.. But if the answer is no, then its not too late to change everything... #randomthoughts
