Complacency, content, and apathy do not live in this house and are not welcome! 🔧Hustle Hardware🔨™ Its been a long month since the surgery and a while since I have posted. At first it was a nice break from the diet, the gym, and supplements, but it got old real quick. However, it gave me a chance to refocus and an opportunity to practice what I preach. Back on the grind started physical therapy and been working on flexibility and full range of motion. Fell off for a little bit, but getting my mental focus revitalized.
