Complacency in privilege combined with constant competition for social status and material wealth has led to the secularization of America. This country is too motivated by self profit and less geared towards spiritual unity and selfless service. Our people are too distracted by desires and ego competition. This creates a blockage in the development of our inner spiritual world. I guarantee if you were living in terror and poverty, Atheism would seem just as silly to you as it does to me :)
