Complainers Not Welcome I have been made aware of some who have become complainers, gossipers, tattletales, liars and throwing pity parties on Face Book. My Face Book Page is from here forth known as Faith Book and I refuse to hang with people who act or react this way! From the beginning, the Word has made it solid as to what God thinks of complainers: Numbers 11:1-3 King James Version (KJV) 1And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp. 2And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched. 3And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them. Are you so un-blessed in your life all you have time for is complaints? May I suggest that you read and re-read Deuteronomy Chapter 28...over and over again until you understand it, and live it and are blessed by it and through it! Go figure where YOU went wrong...His word, His way is NEVER wrong! Do you not know that you reap what you sow? Sow good, loving seeds, holy seeds into your life and others! That you have the power to speak curses or blessings into not only your life, but the lives of others? Life or death? Speak positive words, send positive thoughts, thoughts of life, of Jesus unconditional love and amazing, saving grace! I have read such words as, I just want to die and go home to be with Jesus! HOG WASH! Stop letting your circumstances and emotions rule your life! I have had bad times, but I praised the Lord through them! We ALL want to be with Jesus, but myself, I want to live a long FULL life as a testimony to my Lord! Stop placing your witness in jeopardy by idle words that are coming out of your mouth, get off your pity potty, and start letting your life and His strength shine through! If you gossip, hold captive those thoughts! You will be the one being gossiped about tomorrow and it will not seem so funny or idle! We are accountable for every word that leaves our mouths! Lord, let my words be few and holy! Oh, you said those words in jest? Jest is derived from the word jester....meaning FOOL! Think twice before being one! Complaining you do not have steak to eat? Be grateful for the fish you caught! Your health! Your home! The clothes upon your back...and the love you give and receive! As cliche as it is, there are really more people in this world today who arent as blessed as we are, and the number is growing daily...hourly! I challenge you to get a piece of paper and pencil. Sit down and list your problems. Then, list all you are blessed with, both big and small. I guarantee you when you finish, your blessings will out do your problems, and a few of your problems may disappear as wants instead of needs! Speaking of wants and needs, if it is financial, make another list of just what youre spending on. If it isnt necessary, cut it out! Sometimes we must decrease to increase! Now, I know I may have my friends list whittled down because of this note, but if it is, let it be! If you want to unfriend me, then you werent supposed to be there to start with. I felt in my spirit that the Lord wanted me to write this, and I am a God pleaser, not a man pleaser! So, if you have an argument, dont bring it to me! Take it to HIM! I am too busy for drama, gossip, complainers, etc. It tends to be contagious and I want to be nowhere near it! Oh, and if youre having a pity party, leave me off the guest list! There are others more in need than you! God bless, and you ARE in my prayers! Jude 1:14-21 14And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, 15To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. 16These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having mens persons in admiration because of advantage. 17But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; 18How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. 19These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. 20But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
