This is a squat press with a calf raise and it works shoulders, glutes, hamstrings , core and calves! Dont have a medicine ball ? Try using a jar of pickles or whatever you have lying around the house ! Do 3 sets of 30-50 reps with a light weight to fire up those glutes !
