Compounder needed for Alliance company. Candidate must be nicotine-free. Essential duties, responsibilities and authority include but are not limited to the following: effectively and efficiently blend batches of product, accurately follow verbal and written instruction Safely operate a tow motor (must pass the certification test), perform a variety of analytical checks on the final batches Safely operates a variety of blending equipment. Perform cycle counts on raw materials. Measure tanks and accurately complete daily tank reports. Utilize electronic locator system and scan all material movements in or out accurately at time of transaction. Perform measurements of chemicals, liquid or powder, in both English and metric system. Exercise good judgment in the performance of their duties. Work overtime as needed. Maintain a neat and clean work area. Knows how to operate a range of compounding equipment such as scales, mixers, pumps, heat controls, dust collectors, etc… Follow all safety rules as outlined in Right to Know information and Company safety policies.
