Computer/Telecom/Electronics Engineers required • Location: Crystallite, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi • Total Positions: 2-3 Responsibilities: • Monitoring of Telecom network devices • Configuration of servers through remote access. • Interaction with Clients and Vendors at Tier I level • Monitoring & Preventive Maintenance of servers, services, links and devices • Conduction of various performance tests • Know-how of telecom infrastructure. • Troubleshooting of client specific complaints on daily basis Skills and qualifications: • Engineering graduate (Bachelors in Telecom/Computer Systems/Electronics) • Should be able to work in 24x7 shifts. • Should have TCP/IP UNIX variants, Telecom related information. • Good command over written and spoken English. • Strong negotiating skills, good communication skills, articulate and persuasive. Must have integrity, honesty and dedication, highly capable of team playing.
