Computer Upgraders Pinewood Road Sumter, SC First and foremost, I want to thank my loyal readers for recommending this great company. If you are a first time reader, my screen cracked on my new laptop. I found out today that it is only 4 months old and it’s a Dell. I sent the computer to Dell, and they said that the screen wasn’t under warranty.. Now, I’m not around my home all the time but I don’t think that anyone set on it, stomped on it or dropped it. I could be wrong. I think that it was just a default. Needless to say, it was going to cost me $238.00. People, I don’t have that much money. I work full time and also I use my computer for other different things that I will not say because if I told you, some people might figure out my identity . I asked my readers for the best computer company in town to repair my computer, and by an over whelming margin, it was Computer Upgraders. I want to thank you. They didn’t have my screen in stock but put a rush on ordering it. I took it in on Thursday, and got it back today. They also checked it for viruses and malware and of course it had some. They cleaned it and it is working better than new. The price was a fraction of what it was going to cost me at Dell. I will not divulge the price because I’m sure that they have different prices for different laptops. I am very pleased with the price and couldn’t be happier with the service. These guys called me a couple of times and gave me updates and when I picked it up today, they were telling me different things that they did to it. Of course, it’s mostly Greek to me, I can understand some of it though, but I know that they know what they are talking about. I believe that the man handling most of my work is named Chris. I feel so embarrassed my not being truly sure if that’s his name, but surely one of my readers will correct me. No one will ever touch my computer again except for these guys. Truly, truly professional and I feel that I got what I paid for, maybe more. This company makes you feel like a part of their family. Thanks guys. Rating A+
