Concern citizens Kenya through it investigation has found that some of the cases surrounding Mr Kamlesh Pattni are instigated due to business rivalry.there are some people who are bent to see Mr Pattni business empire collapses. Mr pattni has come out as an accomplished businessman. This has made some of his competitors uncomfortable and are hell bound to make sure he doesn’t get any business deal in this country. Looking at the cases surrounding him for the last 20 years, we find that no case has been finalised meaning that, they have no case against him, the Bosire commission of inquiry found no credible case against him, in fact The late Hon.George Saitoti and Kotuts name ware expunged from the final report of the inquiry on the basis that the report was based on unsubstantiated evidence.
