Concise Realities By: Keefa (Alameda County) 2014 has shown me numerous realities. From Colon Cancer to the Self Hate in daily cycles. I have learned through the years triggers that ignite furry towards others. It was July, 2014, that I learned my health was beginning to fail. It was also a visit from probation that triggered an anxiety attack. My depression began a crazy downward cycle. I made it through the process and the beginning of a new year. My depression and chronic migraines are the main issues at this point. I am trying hard to drop around 50 pounds by mid year. Working with meds and a diet. The depression keeps me up at night. The endless opportunities to do something to fall back again. The edge I walk has prison if there is a next time. It would be a first. A first I would rather take the train for, then a cell. Living life out of trouble is key. I feel that the prison my body holds me in should be enough to fight on. Walking away from the friends that shadowed the reality, it is a never ending fight. It is all on me. One foot in front of the other.
