Conducted Paidal Yatra,from my temporary refuge at RAWALPORA to JAWAHAR NAGAR via SANAT NAGAR to BARZULA CHOWK to RAM BAGH to MEHJOOR NAGAR BUND and CROSSING TOWARDS JAWAHARNAGAR BUND. FELT that perhaps, KUMBHKARAN of so called administration is slowly rising from deep slumber. I saw 4 to 6 men of JKP standing on Barzulla Bridge doing absolutely nothing.Hardly ahead 200 meters at Ram Bagh a truck load was being distributed.Only Muscle men were beneficiaries.And poor COMMON MAN was cursing his SHARAFAT. There were no police arrangements anywhere.Barzula bridge walay POLICEMEN,where perhaps decorated there to impress some arriving dignitaries from Airport. At Barzala Gurdawra sahib, was full with flood sufferers and beneficiaries were from every community. We have a child in house hold ,for him i was in search of a pack of AMUL MILK..Markete is almost empty of stocks.So could not get it from any where. Jawaharnagar is still under 8 feet water. Fire Brigade engine numbering four have been deployed to drain the water. It was another Signe that KUMBHKARAN is perhapse rising from the slumber. I fear if the flavour and aroma of the DISHES OF FRESH FUNDS FROM DELHI DID NOT REACH IMMEDIATELY TO HIS NOSTRILS,HE MAY AGAIN SINKBACK TO DEEP SLUMBER.
