Confession #1063 : There was a time when anyone was getting released from their project, was directly allocated in NEO ZONE. I along with my few ITP friends were also part of NEO ZONE. That was actually honeymoon period for us bcz during that time we were coming to office just to complete 8 hours in office. After presenza login, we spent time by watching movies or shopping in malls or gossiping at outside shop. We had a manager who had not got project for long time probably 1.5yrs.Techm management made him manager of NEO ZONE. I must say that he was very sincere at his work. He was checking everyones presenza time with the card swaping time, no of days in neo zone or allocaton of employee or forcing associate to resign etc. Sometimes I was doing the presenza login for my friends. Oneday he caught my friend and escalated this issue to HR. During HR counselling, my friend took my name but HR didnt beleive thought my friend was lying. Then they organised a meeting with HR , my manager and me with my friend. I was shocked by seeing other employees(8-10) in that room. Later found that all were also there because of same reason like us. Since we had caught red handed so there was no option to escape. So we all decided whatever HR will say we have to listen. We had scared for losing jobs at that time. Thankfully Our HR was so kind that they thought of giving warning letter only. Later they thought if they will issue warning letter then that will be recorded and will be issue for ISG team. They told us so many things which we used to listen from childhood. Finally they ended by saying that they will send a mail on this. Afterthat we had not received any mail. May be they had forgotten or forgiven us. Now I would like to thank Techm ISG not doing their work properly , HR team for their kindness.
