Confession #1480 : Its been more than a Year Working in Tech-M Noida office and i observe that all team-mates of mine who are working in Tech-M from last 2-5 years are dissatisfied with their salaries and who ever is getting a chance outside, is leaving. And No Manager tries to retain any resource even though he is an outstanding performer. (Also seems no one wants to get retained also) .Me, After working in multiple projects and multiple years in IT industry in multiple companies , i never seen such high attrition rates in a single project. Only those older ppl working for more than 6-8 years are not leaving company either because they got Onsite opportunity or they are not capable enough now get outside opportunity or now have slipped into his/her comfort Zone, but even those ppl constantly keep on blaming management , company everything. I dont know how to react when i interact with them ...at times i sympathize them and at times i ask myself , are they right in being so negative? I dont know what lessons the Freshers are getting from all this...who have just started their career or just 1 and half year old in IT industry...
