Wud like to thank my wife for the amazing shots with lot of care n finesse n of course love. Also for making sure my meals ready especially towards the end. I want to thank the boys ( Pramod vaibhav Harshad Vinay Milind ) for some mindblowing workouts and altered timings as n when ready to train. My supplement store Rikin nutritional supplements , Rikin Dedhia for making it easier n convenient also making things available as and when req . Really appreciate it bro Thank my gyms , Anytime fitness / Eco fitness and Energia for being open at times I needed the most. Especially Anytime fitness Lastly all the likes n dislikes (rarely) n comments by all u guys on fb have contributed in my motivation to excel. Must tell u this is my best condition ever till date. This time around managed to maintain upperbody mass n lower body balanced. I loved myself as was better than last year More heavier n more proportionate. In 2012-88kgs, 2013-93kgs n 2014-97kgs This is awesome I feel. Remember I started with wt of 60kgs in 1994/95. Cudnt get my bis n tris to grow, nevertheless they were better .
