Confession Time: I really like this fellows You-Tube stuff. Hes so funny, especially when mama is on, and has really useful tips. Last night we tried his microwave potato chip recipe. Having heard that the chips come out rubbery and icky I was a tad skeptical, and indeed... after 3 minutes they were kind of rubbery and gross. But I thought about the fact that microwaves have different strengths, so I added an additional minute. the Chips were perfect! So yummy...and we only used a few drops of nice healthy olive oil and a squish of seasoning. SO great. I may not ever buy a bag of potato chips ever again.
