Confession and venting session=Anyone that has been around Layla, for an extended period of time, knows that she is smarter than the average bear. Well, we had an open house this afternoon, in hopes of pushing our house along on the market. Our real estate agent apparently locks all the doors, top and bottom, before she leaves. We lock our back door with the deadbolt, but not the bottom, bc it will fool you going out, but not being able to come back in. The dogs needed water, and I told Layla lets go feed the dogs before nighty night. Usually, she is right on my heels, but tonight, she decided it would be better if she closed the door behind me. When I heard the door slam while I was outside and she was in, my heart skipped a beat. I tried coaching her at the door, to no avail! I ran to the neighbors and nobody came! Finally, I looked around, prayed, calmed down, and find a plastic bowl in which I tried to melt and ply. No go! Next, I looked at the gutter along the back of the house, got the cap off the bottom, broke it and picked the bottom lock on the door! God is soooo good b/c I couldnt have done it without him! My next move was the window, but my faith was a little bit stronger, lol! Floyd Moon
