Confession is good for the soul? I weigh 100kg. Thats 220 lbs for the non-metric or 15 stone 10 for the traditional. In March - April of 2012 I was 195, I quit smoking in August 2012 and by April 2013 I weighed 210 ... 15-16 lbs in 8 months in the last 7 months Ive only gained 10 more. WesMex is March 2014 ... 5 months away. Id like to be in better shape (round is a shape but not my preferred one) and race a Hobie 16 at 195 (89 kg, 13 stone 13). It means losing about 5 pounds a month. So there it is ... confession of a nearly obese old white guy. Should my soul feel better? :-)
