Confession/seeking advise. Please post anon. I am paranoid about the way people look at me. I think they judge my size and clothes. I do not dress classy at all because of a few factors- #1 I am over weight. #2 I had my second baby via c-section 8 weeks ago. So tight jeans around the middle area are a no go as I am still tender. I want to loose weight and get fit. But I feel as if weight loss is going to be impossible. Because of the c-section I am taking things slowly but also 12 months ago I quit smoking and broke my Tallis bone-a rare break in the ankle. Which has also been a contributing factor of me not being so physical. Basically saying I need to get more physical and would love to increase my cardio and stamina. But after a while on my feet my ankle hurts. Any tips, programs or ways I can really strengthen my ankle so it can endure fast pace on my feet and work up to running? The last thing I want to do is sit all the time, have pressure off my ankle and gain more weight and stress on my ankle.
