Confirmation.... Last night I was able to talk to my brother for the first time since Kelsi was diagnosed. He reminded me of an experience my oldest had at church camp around a month prior to Kelsis diagnosis. Tears flowed, why hadnt I thought of this? God was preparing her for what was about to come. You see, He already knows. This helped even more. My faith has been tested. Ive had questions. My brother even said his first reaction when he received the news was that it wasnt true. How could it be? Hes been interceding in prayer for a couple of years for me and my girls just for this to happen. Then my story of Shaylas camp experience hit him. A smile and peace overflowed him, not understanding why but knowing God was in control. I share this with you because I want you to know that God is with you even in the darkest hours. He has a plan for our lives, not only in good times but especially through trials. Trust in Him!!!
