Confirmed: RTO has stopped renewing RC of vehicles which are more then 15 years old, Even if the vehicle is fit for the road. According to them things will be more clear in coming days but No fitness certificate will be issued till the time a concrete decision is made. How do I know, The Honda city (first gen) of our house has been put on hold by RTO for same reason. Govt has made many illogical rules in the past, this one surpasses all.
