Confirmed: Saudi Arabian officials beheaded a man who dressed in women’s clothing during his bid to escape after he fatally shot two persons, according to state media reports. The man identified as Salih bin Yateem bin Salih al-Qarni was beheaded in the southwestern city of Abha. He was initially arrested for other charges and was being transported by a soldier and a member of the Muttawa religious police, when he used a gun he was carrying, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
