Bronzeville is BACK on the map-AGAIN. Also-dont sleep on Washington Park! They are both goldmines for buy and hold. 47th Street will be receiving a makeover as well. It will soon look like WICKER PARK. Very, very soon, my sources say. Sooooo, investors/wholesalers....2929 South Ellis Avenue and the surrounding neighborhood should be the next spot to pick up properties/buy hold, etc. Hit my inbox for MLS properties that have been sitting forever.... Owners are very flexible and lackadaisical in this neighborhood. Over 40% of the people living in Bronzeville have Section 8 Vouchers. Some people look at this being a bad thing. Its not bad at all. Your money is guaranteed. I listed a rental last Sunday in Bronzeville. I received 36 emails and 14 phone calls for the 3bed/2bath Condo that they owner paid $38k for. So thats 29th and Ellis, going West all the way to State Street:-) HOTT-HOTT-HOTT!!
