Congrats to 2014 SWANA Unsung Hero Winner TIM SCHREIBER Senior Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Monitor, Atlantic Coast Consulting Mr. Schreiber does a job that often goes unnoticed in our industry but is vital to ensure that the new solid waste landfill cells and old landfills closures are constructed properly so as to protect public health and the environment. This job has required Tim to often work in excess of 60 hours per week all over the US and in Puerto Rico. His experience includes on-site observation of over 70 solid waste cell and closure contraction projects which involved the placement of over 15 million cubic yards of clay liner material and over 50 million square feet of geosynthetic materials. This includes two landfills for Camden County.
