Congrats to Raquel Paaluhi Shes incredibly tough and took it on very short notice. Fighters fight. She could have said shed make 135 and just missed weight. Nobody would have blamed her. Instead she was upfront about it and we both got to be 145. Shes a professional, and Im thankful that she stepped in last minute. This year has been full of rather dramatic life and training changes. Some of them showed last night, some of them will take more time. I cant thank friends and family at home and in LA enough for their hospitality and understanding in taking these steps forward.
