Congrats to my bride Nancy and our daughter Jessica who completed yoga teacher training at the Blue Spirit Retreat, Costa Rica for 3 weeks this Aug. The retreat is exceptional, has world class facilities & participants and superb food. Its led by skilled instructors who made a demanding & creative course. Lasting memories will include riding horses on the beach, seeing tropical wildlife- from howler monkeys to sea turtles digging holes to lay their eggs, meditating in Sky Mind hall with views of the ocean, rain forest and posing with a backdrop of beautiful sunsets.
