Congratulating the United States for this first step to sanction the government of Paul Kagame of Rwanda for the Crimes against humanity committed in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Crimes committed by the government of Rwanda in DRC since 1996 to date are similar to those committed by Charles Taylor of Liberia in his neighboring Sierra Leon. Those crimes have been termed by the United Nations as crimes against humanity and genocide. I also encourage His Excellency Tony Blair and Bill Clinton to join the US administration in condemning the actions of Rwanda and leading the rest of the war in DRC known as the world war of Africa and famous for its rape strategies to humiliate civilians (women and children) and deaths of millions of civilians. Congo needs peace, we also need our own endorsed leaders – we do reject the presence of Joseph Kabila in DRC as he has been complicit with his godfather Paul Kagame of Rwanda in the crimes against civilians.
