Chairman of the Sudan People Liberation Movement (SPLM). And Commander In Chief of the Sudan People Liberation Army (SPLA). And His Vice President Hon.Wani Igga. H.E David Yau Yau, Chairman of South Sudan Democratic Movemnet (SSDM) Cobra Faction. Commander In Chief of South Sudan Democratic Army (SSDA) Cobra Faction. And Chief of Administrator of Greater Pibor Administrative Area (GPAA). With His two Deputies : Right Hon.Apee Ojullu Ochudho - who is the Deputy of social Services and Administration ( Overseeing Services Delivery in GPAA). Right Hon.Joseph Lilimoi the Deputy for Finance and Administration (Over seeing Remittance of GPAA). The Advisers of David Yau Yau : - Hon . David Ochain Piech - Adviser for Finance and Administration. And his colleagues Adviser for Security Organs. For the well done job they did, specially Kiir by recognized the suffering of the four communities of GPAA,The Establishment of GPAA graduated with 7 Counties,appointment of David as Chief of Administrator,appointment of two Deputies,7 Commissioners and Advisers of DYY was the positive impact toward Peace implementation Matrix Sign on Date : 09/05/2014,it really Illustrate the ongoing everlasting Peace in GPAA. Therefore word is not enough to express my feelings toward their initiatives but Almighty Lord God will look into,May Father Lord prolong their lives for them to work hand in hand to avoid more bloodshed and bring development not only in GPAA but also entire S.Sudan. Has David Yau quoted that Salva Kiir is the only Mulla ( Lawyer) of South Sudanese the Prince Peace,Unity and Prosperity ever. The newly appointees,starting with DYY,two Deputies,7 commissioners and Advisers please brethren i need you to set together and organize team work whereby you prioritize things as far as your strategies Plans re concerned to bring numerous in GPAA,As saying goes ``the croaking of a fog in a Adam it can pre-empt a Cow from Drinking water. Oppositions are not bad in Political Arena or in any given politicking gaming game.because it is the matter of ideological differences and through them you will manage to maintain your ground by fulfilling or ratifying the Field areas they think that ,you re well off. The two Commissioners of Pochalla,Both North and South,you are highly welcome to Pochalla,in this scenario the Anywak Community of Pochalla are in dire need of help,i have no doubt that,through your Administrations you will manage to deliver services to this weary community who are lagging at the end tail since the Independence of the Republic of South Sudan and they will get some thing to smile about.
