I read a statement today on someones facebook which read...So youve heard a bunch of stories about me, well let me tell you what Ive heard about you Heres a classic example of people chopping other people down to make themselves look better. These are the same people, who apparently live in glass houses and have immaculate closets, which are well organized. I applaud everyone who can aspire to be this person. I applaud those people who have to work out every day to maintain what theyve worked so hard to achieve...no one comes by it naturally. Changing your lifestyle, no matter what it is...medical, addictions, sedentary, or a lifestyle which is out of balance, is not easy. No one has the right to judge, criticize or complain about someone elses life. Im so lucky to surround myself with great people who only want great things for the people who are close to them. I hope after you have read this article, you too, will be inspired to speak kindly of others as they embark on their lifestyle change journey. XO
