Congratulations to David Jones, executive vice president and chief financial officer of TeamHealth, named 2014 CFO of the Year by the Knoxville chapter of Financial Executives International. As one of only three recipients of this award, David was praised by peers and colleagues, not only for shepherding our company through challenging financial situations, but with being a lifelong learner, always looking for ways to improve himself, our organization and the Knoxville community. The trio was selected from among scores of nominations by an independent panel of judges — business and community leaders chosen by the Knoxville chapter of Financial Executives International — with criteria developed by the organization’s leaders. They will be celebrated at an awards dinner from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Holiday Inn-World’s Fair Park. Congratulations David on this tremendous honor!
