He is the son of our alumni friend class batch 1970, Fiscal Rogelio Velasco - Best wishes for the future-hoping that your success will continue in everything that you do, youve done so well. With the group is Dr. Carmelo Alfiler (3rd fr right), also a UP graduate like fiscal. Both of them graduated as class valedictorian, at Lapaz Cath.HS and QPHS canan. Our congratulations to Fiscal Velasco- the chief prosecutor of QC, his son the new Doctor, and his consultant, Dr. Carmelo Alfiler (the brother of alumni class 1970 , Victor Alfiler).
