Congratulations to Mary Brown, winner of the Peoples Choice award at our recent Tidal Threads Quilt and Needlework show. Visitors were given a ballot and invited to choose their favourite item in the show. Mary won for her version of the Storm at Sea pattern which she called Will Your Anchor Hold. Also, a big thank you to all who came to see our show...specially those who came on Saturday and stayed even when the power went out! We also appreciated Sande Gunning of River Gallery for coming as a vendor. Her wools and batiks are absolutely gorgeous. So....start working on your contributions to the show for two years time when we will hold our fifth show!
