Congratulations to Newly elected President of Pak (31.07.13) Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) has felicitated Mamnoon Hussain for winning presidential election with leading majority as President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The FCCI President Mian Zahid Aslam said Pakistan now has an elevated profile in the eyes of international community as a big step towards smooth transition of power in a democratic dispensation as a good augury for strengthening democracy in the country. He said that country’s economy would take a positive turn for its revival as the newly elected President has complete understanding of the business issues faced by the trade and industry in the country being former President of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and also as Governor Sindh in 1999. He said that the country’s economy is facing the biggest problem of energy crisis added with deteriorating law and order situation in the country which needs to be resolved at high priority. He also congratulated to the leadership of PML (N) particularly Mian Nawaz Sharif and Mian Shahbaz Sharif for the historic success. Chamber Chief was hopeful that newly elected President, owing to his polite discourse and professional ability, would work to resolve challenges being faced by the economy and serve the country and peoples of Pakistan as a symbol of federation.
