Congratulations to all the participants in the 2014 PA Junior Duck Stamp Contest! We had over 200 very talented artists participate in the program this year. Kayla Koehlers Red Breasted Merganser painting titled Easy Swim will be entered in the national contest on April 18th at the National Conservation Training Center. The art contest is the annual culmination of the education program that gives students, educators, families and communities the opportunity to learn about waterfowl and wetland conservation.
