For the past five years Australian Seafood Group has been supplying caterers and restaurants with their fresh fish; for the past two years they’ve been cooking it up, too. There’s a huge variety of daily changing fish on offer that’s grilled or battered and fried in clean canola oil. Flat head fillets ($6.50) come perfectly cooked, the flesh firm and flaky, the batter light and crunchy and served with admirable chips.
