Congratulations to everyone in the Tralee International Marathon Couch To 42K novice marathon training group who this weekend completed week nine of the program and in doing so completed their first weekend long run. The road to next March and the finish line on Denny Street has truly begun. Due to the Dublin Marathon taking place next weekend next weeks long run will take place on Thursday evening. Training for next week is as follows: Monday 3 miles 6.30pm Tuesday 4 mies 6.30pm Wednesday 3 miles 6.30pm Thursday 6 miles 6.15pm. All from the Aqua Dome. See you all next week.
