Congratulations to everyone who competed today at The Irish BJJ Leagues in Letterkenny.. We had a great day with the eight from our club in Derry Travelling and six medalling - the two that didnt medal where narrowly beaten for their share of the spoils in the quarter finals. I am proud of you all - i have said it time and time again...You get back what you put into training. Thank you for taking the time to represent your club and Team. The Team over all pulled in a great medal haul with many of the Teams representitives successful in their individual categories. Personally id like to give a huge shout out to Andrew McGahon who got gold and silver yesterday in Liverpool - flew home and competed today in Letterkenny and medalled again. You are my hero :) That is what we are all about as a team - win or lose we are willing to put it on the line. The results that i have are as follows - Aaron Devlin - Gold.. John Fleming - Gold.. Patrick ONeill - Gold.. Piotor - Gold.. Pauric Henry - Silver.. Gerald Geo Deehan - Bronze.. Gerry Smyth - Bronze.. Harry Coyle - Bronze.. Tommy mc Cafferty - Bronze.. Andrew Mc Gahon - Bronze.. There are few guys others from the Newry club that i have missed out - if someone would be so kind to add their results to this status. From the count above we have secured at least ten medals today. What an effort by all concerned and i am very proud to be apart of this team and call each and everyone of you who went to compete today, my team mates. OOOSSSSAAAAA :)
