Congratulations to members of the Class of 2014 who were awarded the prestigious Gates Millennium Scholarship. This is a record number of winners for Cathedral High. Kudos goes out to the parents, teachers and classmates who encouraged these young men to dream. The ten Gates scholars were presented to the student body at an all school assembly last Thursday. A representative from Congressman ORourkes office presented the recipients with an certificate of recognition. The winners are Anthony Jewett, Aldo Jordan, David Paul Torres, Jose Negrete, Oscar Loya, Martin Jeffers, Christian Ortiz, Jose Roberto Delgado, Jorge Barrio, and Isaac Sotelo.
