Congratulations to our Discus and Shot Put Coach, Darrin Norwood, who competed at the Australian Masters Athletics Championships in Tasmania over the weekend. These are Darrin’s results; 1st in the 100m, 200m, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Hammer Throw, Weight Throw, Outdoor Pentathlon, Weight Pentathlon, as well as a 2nd in High Jump, 4th in the 4x 100m Relay, and Champion of Champions in Javelin.
